Government Funding for Responsible Adult Course available in Sechelt, BC.

This 20 hour online training enables job seekers to gain the skills necessary to work with children in licensed child care facilities or schools in BC.

Through interactive sessions, the Online Responsible Adult Course covers basic concepts about child development from birth to 12 years of age, child guidance, health, safety and nutrition.

The government of British Columbia has now mandated Responsible Adult Course training for all individuals working with children.

This Online Responsible Adult Course meets the BC Child Care Licensing Act requirements for individuals to have at least 20 hours of childcare training including safety, child development and nutrition in order to work with children.

Our Responsible Adult Course online training qualifies job seekers in BC to gain the experience necessary for working with children.  The best part is that the course is self paced.  Students can  start the course when it’s convenient for them, and complete when they are ready.  There is no time limit.

After completing the final exam, students will be emailed a certificate of completion, which can be used to gain employment in licensed child care facilities.
