Finishing your Responsible Adult certificate is a big milestone — but for a lot of students, the next question is: okay, now what? Where do I actually find work?

This is something we help with directly. If you've completed your certification and you're not sure where to start looking, reach out and let us know where you're located. From there, we'll do a search for childcare employers and job opportunities in your area and share what we find with you directly.

Beyond that, we'll also walk you through some keyword search strategies you can use on your own — the kinds of search terms that tend to turn up local daycare listings and openings that might not show up in a typical job search. We also have a dedicated page on our website with more detail on finding responsible adult positions in your area, including guidance on reaching out to daycares directly (calling or dropping off a resume in person can go a long way in this field).
