When you enroll in a course or contact us, we collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, and phone number. Our website and course platform may also automatically collect basic usage information, like browser type and pages visited, to help us understand how the site is used.
We use your information to enroll you in courses, issue certificates, respond to your questions, process payments, and — where legally required — report course enrollment and completion to funding partners such as WorkBC.
Course payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our own servers.
We don't sell your personal information. We only share it with the service providers that help us run the school (such as our course hosting and payment providers) and, where you've been referred through a funding program, with that funding partner to confirm your enrollment.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us at learnwithheadstart@gmail.com.
