These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Head Start Online School website and courses. By enrolling in a course or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Courses are self-paced, delivered online, and licensed to the individual student who enrolls. Course materials are for your personal training use and may not be copied, resold, or shared with others.
Students can be any age to enroll in the Responsible Adult Course or Home Daycare Course. To work as a Responsible Adult, you must be 19 years of age or older, unless your employer has received an exception from their local licensing officer.
Course fees are due at the time of enrollment and are processed securely through Stripe. For questions about a specific enrollment or refund, contact us directly at learnwithheadstart@gmail.com.
A certificate of completion is issued once you finish all course material and pass the final exam. Certificates confirm training completion; they don't guarantee employment or licensing approval, which remain at the discretion of employers and BC's child care licensing authorities.
You agree not to misuse the website or course platform — including attempting to access another student's account, disrupt the platform, or copy course content for redistribution.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
